Shuchita Arora has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Shuchita currently holds the position of Chief People and Development Officer at Nordic Sports Brands. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Group HR and Group Human Resources Manager at the same company. Before joining Nordic Sports Brands, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Flyttsmart from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of TA & HR at Novare Potential, where they played a crucial role in talent engagement and development globally.
