Shuchita Arora

Shuchita Arora has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Shuchita currently holds the position of Chief People and Development Officer at Nordic Sports Brands. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Group HR and Group Human Resources Manager at the same company. Before joining Nordic Sports Brands, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Flyttsmart from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of TA & HR at Novare Potential, where they played a crucial role in talent engagement and development globally. Shuchita also has experience in language learning, having completed SAS Swedish Language courses and SFI Swedish Language courses in Lidingö. Shuchita started their career at Mindlance as a Human Resources Team Lead and gradually progressed to the role of Global Head of Human Resources. Shuchita has also worked at Genisys Software as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Human Resources Specialist.

From 2002 to 2004, Shuchita pursued their Masters in Computers Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, specializing in Information Technology.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as People Analytics, Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Digital Transformation, HR and Digital Transformation, Redefining Workplace Learning Analytics, Strategic Thinking, and Social Recruiting for Recruiters from various institutions, including LinkedIn.
