Melissa Rockmoore

Melissa RockMoore is an experienced professional in clinical systems training and instructional design, currently working at UCSF Health as a Clinical Systems Trainer for Beaker since December 2022. Prior to this, Melissa served as an Epic Beaker Principal Trainer/Instructional Designer at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. since August 2021 and held similar roles at HCI CONSULTING GROUP LLC and HCTec, focusing on new hire curricula and training across various Epic applications. With a strong background in managing training teams and developing educational materials, Melissa's expertise spans multiple healthcare organizations and training implementations, supporting over 12,000 staff in the process. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Society and Justice from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from Green River College.
