Rafael Lammie has extensive experience in the field of human resources and cybersecurity consulting. Rafael has held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Nordic Global since 2023. Nordic Global is a strategic partner to health leaders worldwide, helping them navigate complexity and utilize technology to create healthier systems, businesses, and people. Prior to joining Nordic Global, Rafael served as Vice President, People and Culture at CynergisTek, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. CynergisTek is a top-ranked cybersecurity consulting firm specialized in serving the information assurance needs of healthcare organizations.

Rafael Lammie holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity - Cybercrime and Digital Investigations from Michigan State University. Rafael also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado State University. Additionally, they have completed Executive Education programs in Project Management Certification from Colorado State University and Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Southern California. Rafael has obtained several certifications, including Registered Practitioner (RP) from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB), Learning Ransomware Countermeasures and The Cybersecurity Threat Landscape from LinkedIn, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI. Rafael is also a Certified Practitioner in the MBTI® Certification Program from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
