Cindy Vergano

Cindy Vergano has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on various industries. Cindy currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Nordson Corporation since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director, Global Human Resources, Advanced Technology Segment from April 2020 to October 2022 at Nordson Corporation. Before joining Nordson Corporation, they worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner for the Fluid Management Division at Nordson Corporation from January 2015 to April 2020. Cindy also has experience at General Cable as an Interim, Human Resources Business Partner in 2014. Cindy served as the Director, Human Resources at AR Metallizing from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Cindy worked at SMTC as a Manager, Human Resources from 2006 to 2010 and at Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist and Employee Relations from 2001 to 2006.

Cindy Vergano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Education from Rhode Island College. Cindy has also obtained certifications such as the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, as well as the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
