David Lawton

David Lawton has a strong background in information technology, with a focus on enterprise applications and database technologies. David started their career as a Database Architect/Administrator at SMARTworks LLC / Standard Register Corporation in 2001. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an ITS Supervisor, overseeing database technologies at Speedway/SuperAmerica LLC. From 2006 to 2015, they held the position of Vice-President of Information Technology, Enterprise Applications at Standard Register, where they led strategic initiatives and introduced Agile/SCRUM SDLC methodologies. After that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Archway Marketing Services, leading transformation initiatives. From 2018 to 2019, they held the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Vana Solutions. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology at Nordson Corporation, responsible for designing and implementing IT and technology initiatives.

David Lawton completed their high school education at Greenon High School from 1979 to 1983. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance at Miami University from 1983 to 1989.
