Steve Melfi

Steve Melfi is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and University Relations at Nordson Corporation since November 2022. In this role, Melfi develops and implements strategies for enterprise-wide talent acquisition and university relations. Prior to Nordson, Melfi held the position of Senior Leader for North America Talent Acquisition and University Relations at GE Lighting, overseeing talent acquisition for smart home and lighting products. Melfi's experience includes roles such as Strategic Project Manager for Talent Acquisition at Meritor, Managing Director at Amotec Inc, and various positions in talent acquisition at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, Avery Dennison, Bio Products, Inc, and Lamson and Sessions. Melfi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Clarion University School of Education.
