Liz Weller

Liz Weller is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in ordering strategy and merchandise planning. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Ordering Strategy and Operations at Nordstrom since July 2014, Liz has progressed through various leadership roles including Director of Ordering Operations and Chief of Staff supporting the Chief Merchant Officer. Prior to Nordstrom, Liz held several positions at The Bon Ton Stores Inc., culminating as VP of Merchandise and Inventory Planning for Women's Apparel. In earlier career stages, Liz gained experience as a Buyer for Men's Apparel and worked in merchandise planning and buying roles. Liz began their career at Target as an Assistant Store Manager. Liz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
