Sushil Puradkar

Sushil Puradkar is an accomplished software development manager currently leading AWS Systems Manager at Amazon Web Services since June 2021. With extensive experience at Nordstrom since 2015, Sushil has managed multiple tech teams and played a key role in the Loyalty platform and marketing data pipelines. Prior to this, Sushil worked at Microsoft from 2007 to 2015 in various engineering roles, contributing to projects such as the Ads Test Cloud and Creative Asset Management. Earlier career experiences include software engineering positions at Agfa HealthCare, a research assistant role at the UMKC Distributed Intelligent Computing Lab, and software engineering work at CMC Ltd in India. Sushil holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
