Tish Wurl

Tish Wurl is a seasoned recruiting and talent mobility professional with extensive experience in corporate recruitment and program management. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Talent Mobility at Nordstrom since March 2017, Tish provides support for relocation and immigration programs. Prior roles at Nordstrom include Senior Corporate Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruiting for various corporate functions, including Finance, Supply Chain Engineering, and Marketing. Tish's experience also includes a tenure at Starbucks, where Tish was a Corporate Recruiter for Global Talent Acquisition, managing recruitment for multiple client groups across the U.S. and Canada. Tish began the recruitment career at Starbucks on a contract basis, focusing on selective sourcing and candidate management. Tish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
