Iver Drabaek has a diverse work experience in sustainability, change management, and corporate social responsibility. Iver has worked as the Head of Sustainability at Nordzucker AG, where they developed and implemented sustainability strategies and managed risks. Iver also served as a Senior Specialist, overseeing change management initiatives and implementing health and safety strategies. Drabaek was a part-time associate professor at Copenhagen Business School, teaching strategy and communication to established managers. Iver co-founded GAN Integrity, consulting large companies on CSR and business ethics. Iver also worked as the Managing Director at Drabaek Consult and as a Project Manager at Nordic Partnership for Sustainable Development. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Deloitte, Dames & Moore, and ELIS, focusing on environmental management.
Iver Drabaek has a diverse education history with a range of degrees and fields of study. Iver started their education in 1974 at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they pursued a degree in M.Chem.Eng. Iver completed this program in 1979. Following this, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 1984 to 1987, earning a B.Com degree in Strategy and Organization. In 1993, Iver Drabaek enrolled at Tavistock Institute and studied there until 1996, obtaining an AOC degree in Strategy and Organization. Lastly, from 2004 to 2008, they attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they earned a D.Man degree in Management.
