Darcy Immerman

Darcy Immerman has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the clean energy industry and, as Senior Vice President, Growth and Strategy, oversees NORESCO’s marketing functions, industry alliances, strategic partnerships, and policy and advocacy activities. Ms. Immerman also works with NORESCO’s vertical market business lines to advance strategic initiatives and support sales and project development teams throughout the development cycle. She provides overall direction focused on assessing unique customer needs and crafting solutions that help clients successfully meet challenges posed by the need for energy modernization, decarbonization, resiliency, ESG compliance, climate change mitigation, and adaptation.

Prior to joining NORESCO, Ms. Immerman spent the last 18 years as a Senior Vice President at AECOM, where she managed energy services business development and strategic growth and policies for AECOM’s U.S. government projects globally. She also established a resiliency practice to ensure climate change mitigation and adaptation are considered in all infrastructure construction and renovation. Prior to joining AECOM, she was the Vice President of Business Development at EUA Cogenex. In all, she has been the program executive for more than $2 billion in infrastructure improvement projects.

Ms. Immerman has held leadership positions on the boards and committees of industry organizations including the National Association of Energy Service Companies, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Power and Energy Society, as well as numerous community organizations including most recently Northeast Arc, which helps people with disabilities, become full participants in their community.
