Kim Krol

Kim Krol is currently the VP of Operations at NOREX. Prior to this, they were the Director of the Contact Center at Guns.com from December 2020 to April 2022. Finally, Kim negotiated contracts with local staffing agencies in order to acquire a qualified and engaged workforce at equitable pay rates.
