Kim Krol

Kim Krol is currently the VP of Operations at NOREX. Prior to this, they were the Director of the Contact Center at Guns.com from December 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for reducing call volume and wait time by 50 percent within the first 90 days of hire through improved employee scheduling and restructuring via a shared leadership model. Kim also collaborated with IT leadership to increase efficiencies in processing client orders, thereby minimizing delivery delays. Kim solicited regular feedback from Contact Center staff on customer pain points and scalable solutions to create delightful client experiences. Finally, Kim negotiated contracts with local staffing agencies in order to acquire a qualified and engaged workforce at equitable pay rates.
