Michelle Labadini

Michelle Labadini has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Norfolk County MA since September 2018, with previous roles as Human Resources Personnel Manager and Interim County Director. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Human Resources Manager at NWW Community Living for a brief period in 2018 and worked as Program Site Manager at Triangle, Inc. from August 2013 to April 2018. In addition, Michelle served as Chairperson of the Disability Commission for the Town of Dedham from March 2015 to May 2017 and was a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Hebrew SeniorLife from January 2012 to June 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Specialist at Boston Financial Data Services from 1998 to 2011. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Curry College and has pursued further education in transition planning through the Federation for Children with Special Needs.
