Wai Wong

Wai Wong is currently the Vice President of Labor Relations at Norfolk Southern Corporation. Prior to this, they were a law clerk to the Honorable Danny J. Boggs at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from August 2012 to August 2013. Wai then worked as an associate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 2013 to August 2015. Wai also worked as a summer associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in May 2011 and at Kaufman & Canoles in May 2010. Prior to their law career, Wong was a high school AP math teacher and track and XC coach at Norfolk Academy from August 2006 to August 2009.

Wai Wong attended the Norfolk Academy where they were valedictorian. Wai then went on to Princeton University and majored in economics. After Princeton, they attended the University of Virginia School of Law and earned their Doctor of Law degree.

They are on a team with and Jason Morris - VP, Law. Their manager is Nabanita C. Nag, EVP, Chief Legal Officer.
