Håkon Bakkejord

Håkon Bakkejord has a diverse range of work experience. Håkon started their career in the Norwegian military as a Private, where they learned about teamwork and effective communication. Following their military service, Håkon worked as a Customer Consultant at Bolia.com, gaining experience in customer satisfaction, sales tactics, and performance-based incentive systems. Håkon then joined Gunnar Øye retail store as an Assistant Sales, further developing their sales and customer consulting skills. Håkon also worked part-time as a Junior Key Account Manager at Tomagruppen, where they assisted the sales team in achieving sales targets and analyzing market potential for facility management services.

Moving forward, Håkon transitioned to BDO Norge, first as an Associate in Auditing, where they performed financial audits for tech companies and contributed to the automation of audits using RPA technology. Later, they became a Senior Associate in Advisory Services, specializing in evaluation, analysis, process improvement, and change management for both public and private entities. During this time, they also worked part-time as a consultant for the Norwegian Defence Material Agency.

Most recently, Håkon worked as a Business Manager at NRP Business Management AS. Håkon was responsible for managing shipping projects and serving various clients, including investment companies, foundations, and institutional investors. Currently, they hold the position of Investment Controller at Norges Bank Investment Management, where they support the investment process through financial analysis, risk management, and reporting.

Throughout their career, Håkon has gained valuable experience in finance, business management, sales, and customer service, and has developed a strong skill set in analysis, evaluation, and strategic planning.

Håkon Bakkejord has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Håkon then pursued further education at the University of Agder (UiA) from 2017 to 2019 and successfully completed a Master's degree in Business Administration. In addition, they participated in an exchange semester at KEDGE Business School in 2015, where they focused on Business Administration.
