Henriette Pedersen

Henriette Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Henriette is currently working as a Senior Controller in Finance at Norges Bank Investment Management since January 2023. Prior to this, Henriette worked at Norsk Hydro where they held various positions. From October 2020 to January 2023, they served as a Digital Finance Analyst, and from November 2016 to October 2020, they were the Head of Product Supply & Joint Venture Finance, responsible for managing the financial performance of Hydro's Joint Venture aluminium smelters in Qatar and Slovakia. Additionally, they worked as a Business Controller in Commercial Finance from May 2015 to October 2016 at Norsk Hydro. Before joining Norsk Hydro, Henriette worked as a Business Controller at EVRY Norge from May 2014 to May 2015, and as a Controller at Bymiljøetaten from September 2012 to April 2014.

Henriette Pedersen completed their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2006 and ending in 2012. Henriette first attended the BI Norwegian Business School from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in International Marketing. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution from 2008 to 2012, earning a Master of Science in Business and Economics, specializing in Economics. In addition, they attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics.
