Karoline Woie began their work experience as a Student Athlete at the University of South Carolina from August 2012 to May 2016. Karoline then worked as a Trainee at the Norwegian Embassy in Singapore from January 2018 to July 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan from June to August. In 2020, they interned as a Sustainability Intern at Norges Bank Investment Management from June to August, and later joined PwC as an Associate from September 2020 to January 2021. Currently, they are working as an Investment Stewardship Analyst - Climate Change at Norges Bank Investment Management since February 2021.

Karoline Woie's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. Karoline pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on International Business and Finance, completing their studies in 2016. In the same year, Karoline further expanded their knowledge by attending HEC Paris's Summer School, where they studied International Finance, Business, and Geopolitics. Additionally, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for their Summer School program, specializing in Corporate and Organizational Strategy.

In 2018, Karoline joined Imperial College Business School and embarked on a Master of Science in Finance program, which they completed in 2019. Seeking to broaden their expertise, they pursued further education in 2020 at the University of Cambridge, focusing on Business Sustainable Management.
