Rickard C. Evrin

Rickard C. Evrin has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rickard C. started their career in 2005 as a Production Assistant at NRK, where they worked until 2006. Rickard C. then had a brief stint as an Intern - Production Manager at NRK in 2008. In 2009, they joined NRK again as a Production Manager and stayed until 2010.

From 2010 to 2012, Rickard worked as a Communication Advisor at Släger Kommunikasjon. Rickard C. then transitioned to Nordisk Film TV in 2010, where they served as a Producer's Assistant and was responsible for participants.

In 2016, Rickard joined Norges Bank Investment Management as an HR Advisor, a role they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Norges Bank as a Senior HR Advisor, and then as the Head of Talent Acquisition from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Rickard is the Head of HR Analytics and Systems at Norges Bank Investment Management, a position they started in 2023. Throughout their career, Rickard has gained extensive experience in HR, talent acquisition, communication, and production management.

Rickard C. Evrin obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Creativity, Innovation, and Business Development at KaosPilotene Norge, attending from 2006 to 2009. The field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not specified.
