Wilhelm H Mohn has a diverse background in the financial and asset management industry. Wilhelm H started their career as a corporate trainee at Storebrand ASA in 2006 and later became a member of the company's management team, where they were responsible for business development, compliance, and sales channel follow-up.

In 2009, Wilhelm joined the Norwegian Ministry of Finance as an adviser in the Asset Management Department, where they played a key role in the investment strategy and operational management of the Government Pension Fund Global and the Government Pension Fund Norway. Wilhelm H later transitioned to the role of senior adviser within the same department.

In 2014, Wilhelm joined Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the asset management unit of the Norwegian Central Bank. During their time at NBIM, they held several positions, including senior analyst in ownership strategies and head of sustainability and corporate governance. Currently, Wilhelm serves as the global head of corporate governance at NBIM, overseeing the development of the fund's positions on governance and implementing them in company engagements, voting, and interactions with stakeholders.

Wilhelm H Mohn acquired their Bachelor of Arts degree with Commendation in Economics and Geography from the University of Exeter between 2001 and 2004. Wilhelm H further pursued their education at the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Master of Philosophy in Economics from 2004 to 2006.
