Tor Borgar Hansen

Tor Borgar Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and education. Currently serving as Regionansvarlig i Agder at Norges forskningsråd since February 2021, Tor also has a long-standing role as a lecturer and supervisor at the University of Oslo, where supervision of 3-5 master theses annually occurs within the MSc-programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Previous positions include Senior Analyst at Oxford Research AS, Researcher at NIFU STEP, and Manager at Telenor. Tor's academic background includes a Dr. rer. pol in Innovation and Technology Management from Kiel University and a Diplom-Kaufmann/Siviløkonom from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, complemented by education from Universität Regensburg and Befalsskolen for Kystartilleriet.
