Tom Fokstuen

Tom Fokstuen is an experienced handball coach with a diverse background in player development and team management. Currently serving as a handball coach for Sarpsborg Idrettslag Håndball since May 2022, Tom also holds a long-term position as a Spilleutvikler at Norges Håndballforbund Region Øst, responsible for player development for ages 14-17, bylag, regionslag, and various seminars. Previous roles include head coach for Fjellhammer Damer Elite and Nordstrand Herre håndball, alongside coaching positions at multiple clubs including Rælingen Håndballklubb and IL Skrim Handball Elite. Tom has completed several coaching qualifications from Norges Håndballforbund, culminating in an EHF MasterCoach degree in handball, reflecting a strong commitment to advancing skills and strategic training in the sport.
