Sudeept Asthana has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as General Manager - Human Resources at IMI Precision Engineering since April 2016, where responsibilities encompass recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, talent management, statutory compliance, and administration. Previously, Sudeept held various HR roles at Pentair, Degremont, QH Talbros Ltd., and Caparo Engineering India Ltd., developing expertise in HR business partnering, generalist HR functions, payroll, performance management, and plant HR activities. Sudeept holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Marketing from Bangalore University and completed a workshop on "Managerial Effectiveness" at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
