Alistair de Villiers

Alistair de Villiers has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Alistair is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Receipts AS since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Venture Partner and Funding Advisor Europe at Antler, where they focused on identifying and supporting talented individuals in building successful companies. Alistair also held multiple positions at Noria Group, including being a Member of the Management Board, Chief Commercial & Investment Officer, and Founder at Noria Digital. At Noria, they specialized in providing software solutions and consulting services for financial services clients. Before joining Noria, Alistair worked as a Project Director of Digitalization Corporate Banking at DNB, where they contributed to the digital transformation of the corporate banking sector. Alistair also held several roles within DNB, including Head of Corporate and Retail Banking Poland and Head of Structured Finance and Large Corporates Poland. Alistair began their career as an Analyst at DnB NOR Asset Management and gained valuable experience as an Analyst at the European Commission and the United Nations.

Alistair de Villiers obtained a Master's Degree in European Political Economy from the University of Bath in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Business and Economics at Heriot-Watt University from 1998 to 2003. Alistair's earlier educational background includes attending The High School of Glasgow from 1984 to 1998, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
