Kelsey Roth

Kelsey Roth, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelsey started their career at Target Corporation in 2003, where they served as an Executive Team Leader for Human Resources until 2006. Following that, they worked at Tecton Products as a Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter for a brief period of time. In 2006, they joined Amazon as a Regional HR Manager and held the role for over a decade until 2017. At Amazon, they gained valuable experience in managing human resources on a regional level. In 2017, Kelsey joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as the Director of Human Resources, a position they held until 2021. Currently, they serve as the VP of Human Resources at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, showcasing their advancement and expertise in the field.

Kelsey Roth, SPHR has a Masters of Management degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Mary. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Dakota.
