Kaila Anttila (Baranowski) has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Kaila began their career at David Aplin Group in 2013, where they specialized in accounting and finance recruitment. During their time at the company, Kaila developed and executed innovative recruitment strategies.
In 2016, they joined Bold Commerce as a Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist. In this role, they supported the company's rapid growth in the eCommerce sector by attracting and hiring top talent.
Kaila then moved on to Lambert Nemec Group (now Lambert Nemec Group) in 2017, where they worked as a Consultant. Kaila managed the full recruitment cycle for accounting and finance positions, building strong networks of candidates and clients.
Most recently, Kaila joined Norima Consulting Inc. in 2019. In their current role as Director of People and Resource Management at Norima Consulting Inc., Kaila oversees resourcing decisions, ensuring a balance between client needs, consultant career development, and the company's strategic goals. Kaila is responsible for managing the annual performance and compensation review process, driving engagement initiatives, and leading special strategic projects.
Kaila Anttila (Baranowski) has obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the University of Manitoba. Additionally, they have completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Western University. Kaila has also acquired a certification in CSC from the Canadian Securities Institute in April 2013.
