Mick Bates

Mick Bates is the current Managing Director of Norish South. Mick has been with Norish since June of 2015 and in their current position since May of 2019. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of Norish plc from April 2005 to June 2015. Mick has also held the positions of Manager and Stock Manager at Norish plc, as well as Stock Supervisor and Stock Controller at East Kent Cold Storage and Lympne Cold Storage. Mick Bates began their career in 1991 as a Stock Controller at Ashleigh International.

Mick Bates reports to Rob Haesakkers, CEO. They are on a team with Paul Andrew - Managing Director Norish North West, Kevin Hancock - COO, and Steve Vincent - Health & Safety Manager.
