Nevil Dayananda Cmilt (UK UK)

NeviL Dayananda has an extensive work experience in the field of commercial and supply chain management. NeviL is currently serving as the Head of Commercial and Supply Chain at Norlanka since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Hela Apparel Holdings, where they served as the Head of Commercial & Logistics from April 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they held the position of Deputy General Manager - Commercial & Logistics from April 2018 to June 2021, and Commercial Manager from September 2016 to April 2018 at the same company. NeviL also has experience as an Assistant Manager at MAS Holdings from April 2012 to June 2023, and as a Snr Executive - Commercial at MAS Holdings from April 2008 to 2012. NeviL started their career as a Commercial Executive at MAS Unichela (Pvt) Ltd from July 2003 to 2007. In addition, NeviL has served as the Vice Chairman of The Young Professionals' Forum of CILT Sri Lanka from April 2013 to June 2023.

NeviL Dayananda obtained their A/L degree from Vidyartha in Kandy, Sri Lanka, between 1996 and 2000. NeviL then pursued further education in logistics and transport at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) in the UK, where they completed their degree from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, they attended the Academy for International Trade & Transport (AITT) in Colombo, Sri Lanka, where they focused on international port operation and port management. Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, NeviL pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Wolverhampton in the UK.
