Mark Carter

Mark Carter has extensive experience in manufacturing and product development, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing at NORMA Group since September 2012. In this role, Mark oversees global product groups and coordinates strategic product introductions across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, and the US. Previous titles at NORMA Group include Project Manager, Product Coordinator, Product Expert, and Product Design Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from customer engagement and project management to design and validation of automotive components. Mark's earlier experience includes roles such as Web Designer at Whoopy Engineering and Stockroom Assistant at Next Group PLC, as well as organizational work as an After School Assistant at St Martins School. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
