Cate Care is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and product management, currently serving as the Director of Research and Strategy at Normally since January 2023. Prior roles include Head of User Centred Design and Product Management at NHS Digital, where Cate led initiatives to enhance user experience, and Industry Leader at Hyper Island.
