Keith W. Minnis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ACBSW, currently serves as Vice President & Chief People Officer at Norman Regional Health System, responsible for developing healer strategies aligned with organizational goals in human resources, including culture, talent management, and diversity initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare human resources, Keith has held significant positions such as Corporate Vice President at American Health Staffing Group and Vice President of Human Resources at INTEGRIS Health, Ascension, and Mercy. Prior roles include leadership in various capacities at Baylor Scott & White Health and charter Behavioral Health, alongside a foundation in behavioral medicine management. Keith holds an Advanced Bachelor's in Social Work from East Central University and has completed graduate coursework in Healthcare Organizational Management at Texas Tech University, as well as an Executive MBA from Texas A&M Health Science Center.
