Mustafa Dualeh

Mustafa Dualeh possesses extensive experience in academic advising and educational support, most recently serving as a Senior Academic Advisor at Northwestern University in Qatar from May 2023 to November 2023. Prior to this role, Mustafa held various positions including Academic Advisor within the Department of Advising and Counseling at Normandale Community College from April 2015 to April 2023, and TRIO Advisor at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. A small business owner from January 2020 to December 2022, Mustafa also contributed as a Community Program Assistant at the University of Minnesota and worked as a consultant with ACTED for assessments in Somalia and Djibouti. Educational achievements include two Master's degrees from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, one in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence, and the other in Sustainable International Development, along with a degree in Political Science with a focus on American Racial and Multicultural Studies from St. Olaf College.
