Daniel van der Walt

Daniel van der Walt has a long and varied work experience. Daniel started their career in 2016 as a Financial Adviser at Liberty Group South Africa, providing financial planning to customers. In the same year, they also started working at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited as an Information Technology Support Analyst, supporting various operating systems and dealing with day to day BAU issues. In 2020, they began working at Goodlord as a Commercial Operations Executive and Customer Operations Executive, improving internal efficiency through improving processes and automation. In 2021, they joined Workday as a Business System Analyst, delivering an efficient system to their CS system so that they can deliver Customer Success to all their clients. Currently, they are a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Normative.io.

Daniel van der Walt completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics from Stellenbosch University between 2014 and 2015. Daniel then completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics from Stellenbosch University between 2011 and 2014. In 2021, they completed an Automation: Implementation in Business course from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In September 2022, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, and in January 2022, they obtained a Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3) from Gainsight.
