Neil Ryland

Neil Ryland has over 18 years of experience working in various roles in the technology and software industry. Neil began their career in 2003 as a Site Foreman at Traffic Management Solutions, where they were responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic while any road maintenance was being carried out. In 2006, they moved to Capscan as a Telesales, and then in 2007, they became a Senior Account Manager. In 2009, they joined Huddle as EMEA Sales Manager, eventually becoming the Chief Revenue Officer in 2016. In 2021, they became an Angel Investor and Non-Executive Board Member at Develop Diverse, as well as RVP EMEA Sales at Workday. Neil is currently Chief Commercial Officer at Normative.io.

Neil Ryland attended the University of Lincoln from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bsc 2.1 (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science.
