Ryan Hellpap

Ryan Hellpap serves as the Finance and Business Operations Lead at Shared_Studios and its sister company, noro, since August 2021, overseeing both accounting and human resources. As an Advisor and Partner at GrenStart since 2016, Ryan contributes to a non-profit ecosystem for entrepreneurs in Grenada, West Indies. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at Western Union until February 2021, where pandemic restructuring led to the elimination of the position. Ryan's entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Oasis Ltd., a unique hospitality brand in Grenada, and consulting for Kingdom Workers and Peace Corps in regional program operations and economic development. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, complemented by a PHR Professional in Human Resources certification.
