Nicole Morson

Nicole believes strong design solutions start with strong client relationships. She has a natural ability to listen, conceptualize and deliver a client’s design vision through a collaborative process supporting them through all the challenges of project delivery. She is dedicated to delivering designs that enhance the patient, staff and visitor experience bringing about design solutions focused on the wellness of all – while marrying the technical and regulatory compliance requirements of health systems.

As Principal, Health Sciences at NORR, and an American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) Board Certified healthcare architect, Nicole works directly with healthcare professionals on the design of a wide range of healthcare environments. Her recent work includes projects such as the Roseville Pediatrics Replacement Practice, where Nicole used Lean planning workshops to facilitate interactive client participation in an effort to reduce errors and provide compassionate and efficient care. She was also instrumental in delivering design and branding standards for Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, PA, including ambulatory brand standards and document standards across inpatient sites. Nicole’s team has been delivering projects implementing these standards since development. She has worked closely with health systems on projects ranging from capital planning, master planning, renovations and expansions of in-patient and outpatient facilities for a wide variety of project types including centers for diagnostic imaging, oncology, in patient bed units, maternity, ambulatory surgery, urology, multi-specialty, urgent care, drug treatment, behavioral health, and pediatrics.
