Anna Uvhagen

Anna Uvhagen has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Anna is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Norrenergi AB, where they have overall responsibility for HR issues and is a member of the management team. Prior to this, Anna worked as an HR Business Partner at Keolis Sverige AB, where they were responsible for HRBP delivery for five depots and a board member within Stockholm South. Anna also worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting AB, where they had various HR roles within different industries such as insurance, local authorities, regions, and the pharmaceutical industry. Anna has also held interim HR management positions at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner, AbbVie, Arla Foods, and Sweco. Before working in Sweden, Anna had a brief assignment at KPMG US as part of their Global Opportunities Program. Anna's work experience includes responsibilities such as recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee surveys.

Anna Uvhagen has a Master of Social Science degree in Human Resources from Linköping University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they studied Media and Communication Studies 1-2 at the same university, earning 60 credits from 2005 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Anna has completed the Agil HR program at Dandy People and received certifications in Cut-e's arbetspsykologiska verktyg: shapes, views, scales, and MapTQ from cut-e an Aon company in 2019. Anna also holds a Diploma in Coaching from ICF Sverige International Coach Federation, which they obtained in 2019 as well.
