Keoleboge Malela

Keoleboge Malela is currently serving as an Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM) professional at African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) since March 2024. Previously, Keoleboge held multiple roles at Norsad Capital, including ESG and Impact Manager, ESG Officer, Social & Environmental Analyst, and SE Trainee from June 2016 to February 2024. Keoleboge's experience also includes working as a Research Assistant at Okavango Research Institute, serving as an Environmental Consultant Trainee at Services for Geographical Information (SGI) Consultants, and teaching as a Primary Education Instructor at the Ministry of Education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex and various certifications in finance, responsible investing, and environmental management, along with ongoing education in Environmental Health at the University of Botswana.
