Akos Meszaros

Akos Meszaros has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT and cybersecurity field. Akos is currently working as an ICS SOC Lead Analyst at Norsk Hydro since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kyndryl as an Incident Respond Coordinator from 2022 to 2022. Akos also worked at Tungsram Group for several years, taking on roles such as Lead Cybersecurity Analyst from 2020 to 2022, Senior IT Analyst - Cyber Security from 2019 to 2020, and Lead EUS Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Before that, Akos worked at GE Lighting as a Lead EUS Infrastructure Engineer from 2013 to 2018, where they handled various responsibilities including EMEA telecom/wireless leadership, L2 support coordination, executive support, and audio/video support for global events. Akos started their career at Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Analyst from 2005 to 2013 and at MKB-Euroleasing - Financial services as an IT Helpdesk Service from 2000 to 2005.

Akos Meszaros completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Engineering from Gabor Denes College of Information Technologies from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including COBIT® 5 Foundation Certificate, RESILIA® Foundation, ITIL intermediate certificates in IT Service Design, IT Service Transition, and IT Service Operation, ITIL version 3 Foundation Examination, and Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate. The year of obtaining the certifications is not provided for most, except for the Microsoft certification, which was obtained in September 2022.
