Jason Adams

Jason Adams, MSc has extensive experience in various leadership roles focused on quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Jason has worked for companies such as Norsk Hydro, JSW, Sapa, United States Steel Corporation, NLMK Group, Duferco, AK Steel, and Armco Advanced Materials Company. Throughout their career, they have driven cultural changes, implemented lean manufacturing principles, and achieved record-breaking customer quality results. Jason has also been responsible for overseeing internal and customer-facing quality initiatives, leading corporate continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizing supply chain management. Jason has a strong background in metallurgical engineering and has negotiated technical protocols for raw material procurement and manufacturing across multiple countries.

Jason Adams, MSc holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Metallurgical Engineering, which they earned from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. Jason further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University in 2001. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, which they completed in 1995. Additionally, they have received various certifications including a Certified Green Belt from Operational Strategies in 2013, a Certification in Total Toyota Production System (T-TPS) & Total Management System (TMS) from The Toyota Engineering Corporation in 2015, and a CPIM (Certified in Production & Inventory Management) from APICS in 2015. Most recently, Jason obtained a Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 from the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) in 2017.
