Lance Richman

Lance Richman is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Norsk Hydro since August 2023, Lance has previously held positions including Director of Engineering at Future Comp, where responsibilities included building engineering teams for product development and manufacturing. Earlier roles include Technology Manager in Manufacturing Engineering at Schlumberger, where process and production engineering was managed, and Project Manager at Setpoint Inc. Over a decade at Schlumberger also saw Lance in the role of Engineering and Quality Manager, focusing on improving manufacturing capabilities. An engineering career began at Smith Bits as a Product Development Engineer and Senior Project Engineer, followed by a foundation as Project Manager at WesTech Engineering. Lance holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
