Marita Nyheim

Marita Nyheim has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 as a Teaching/Graduate Assistant at Washington State University. In 2005, they also began working at Norsk Hydro as a Trainee. Marita then held various roles at Norsk Hydro, including Controller, LME Trader, Business Controller, and Head of Contract Administration/Business Unit Controller. In 2013, they became the Head of Finance for Metal Sourcing & Trading at Norsk Hydro. In 2017, Marita joined Cowedo as a Board Member. Marita recently became the Finance Director Commercial for Hydro Aluminium Metal at Norsk Hydro in August 2022.

Marita Nyheim completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from Washington State University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) in International Business from Washington State University - College of Business and Economics in 2004. Their undergraduate studies began in 2001 at the University of South-Eastern Norway, where they focused on Business Administration.
