Rafael Novaes

Rafael Novaes is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Manager at Norsk Hydro since April 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team of 16 in the operational purchasing department. Prior to this role, Rafael held positions as Procurement Coordinator and Senior Category Purchasing Manager, overseeing an annual spend of R$ 400MM in outsourcing. Experience also includes working as an Industrial Engineer at Estaleiro Atlântico Sul and as a Support Engineer at Duarte Construction, focusing on logistics planning and heavy equipment procurement for civil construction.
