Mahla Rashidian is a Research Scientist at Norsk institutt for vannforskning (NIVA) and also works with Youth ST focusing on systems thinking education tools for K-12 students. With a background in sustainability studies and philosophy of system dynamics, Mahla has experience as a research assistant at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and University of Bergen, as well as previously working as a Design Engineer at Aker Solutions. Mahla has also worked in creative education and curriculum design at Bergen kommune and as a Process Engineer at Mehr-Azar Machine Co. Educated in Chemical Engineering and Art/Art Studies, Mahla continues to apply a multidisciplinary approach to their work.
