Vicky Harris is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and compliance. Vicky began her career at Slaughter and May as an Associate, where significant contributions included advising on the public takeover of Reuters Group PLC by Thomson Corporation. Vicky progressed to key positions at Thomson Reuters, culminating in roles as Associate General Counsel and VP, overseeing legal operations within the IP & Science division. Following a tenure as Head of Legal at Clarivate, Vicky served as General Counsel at Citeline and currently leads the global legal and compliance function for Norstella after the merger with Citeline. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from Keble College, Oxford University, and completion of the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
