Anna Sturrock

Anna Sturrock serves as the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Nortal since May 2022, overseeing executive and leadership hiring across Europe and North America. Additionally, Anna operates as a freelance consultant in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory with Carousel Consulting, partnering with clients and firms globally for high-level placements, specializing in Partner, Managing Director, and CEO appointments. Anna's extensive experience includes a tenure at EY from 2007 to 2021, where roles encompassed Associate Director for Executive and Partner Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusiveness Manager, and several other recruitment management positions. Prior experience includes positions at Accenture, Michael Page International, and Rentokil Initial. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Leeds and studied at the Université de Caen Normandie.
