Mariam Haydeyan

Mariam Haydeyan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Operations Management and Strategic Planning at Nortal Group, a global digital transformation consultancy. With a notable track record in managing key operations, Mariam has contributed significantly to Estonia's digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Mariam held various positions, including Chief of Staff and Manager of Corporate Development at Nortal AG in Germany, and worked as a researcher and analyst at the European Future Innovation System (EFIS) Centre. Other notable experiences include management consulting at QVARTZ, co-founding diskursiv, and serving as a liaison officer at the International Transport Forum (OECD). Educated in Philosophy and Economics with a Master's degree from the University of Bayreuth, Mariam has a solid grounding in project management and business development, including experience with start-ups in Armenia.
