Estela Mesquita Lasmar serves as the Offshore Operations Coordinator at Seagems since October 2021, where responsibilities include bridging onshore and offshore operations and enhancing project management for SAPURA vessels. Previously, Estela held various engineering roles including Operations Engineer Onshore and Offshore, focusing on incident investigations and offshore maintenance operations. Estela has extensive experience in civil engineering from roles at Medida Engenharia, the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Minas Gerais, and DDN - Gestão de Projetos, SA. Estela began career at the Marinha do Brasil in civil works oversight and geoprocessing at Millenio Serviços Técnicos. Educational achievements include an MBA in Project Management from FGV, a specialization in Legal Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense, and a Civil Engineering degree from Estácio. Additional training includes courses in Quality Management, Microsoft Project methodologies, and emergency response certifications.
