Andrew Hotchin

Andrew Hotchin is an experienced commercial manager with a robust background in quantity surveying. Currently serving as the Regional Commercial Manager at OCU since December 2023, Andrew oversees long-term frameworks in the North West. Previous roles include Commercial Manager positions at Bethell Construction Limited, where successful management of various work streams for United Utilities was achieved, and at John Sisk and Son Ltd, contributing to significant urban projects in Leeds. Early career experience encompasses commercial management and quantity surveying roles at Amey Highways, Bechtel Corporation, Systech International, GPL Group (Manchester) Limited, and Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford and A Levels and GCSEs from Altrincham Grammar School for Boys.
