Michael Ratliff

Michael Ratliff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure finance and development. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at the North American Development Bank since October 2019, Michael oversees project implementation and ensures contractual compliance. Previously, as Managing Director at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, Michael led global lending initiatives in energy projects. Michael's earlier roles include Financial Consultant at Infrastructure and Energy Finance Solutions and Group Head of the Private Sector Department at the Inter American Development Bank, where Michael managed investment professionals and supervised diverse infrastructure transactions. Michael began their career as the Manager of Project Finance at CH2M HILL. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA from the University of Colorado Boulder.
