Hayley Floyd

Hayley Floyd is currently working as an E-ISAC Intelligence Analyst at North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) since January 2023. Prior to this, Hayley held roles such as Senior Management Consultant at Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Intelligence Research Specialist at USAID, and All Source Intelligence Analyst at Oregon Army National Guard. Hayley also worked as a Biometric Intelligence Analyst at Valorous, Inc. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Oregon and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at the University of Virginia.
